| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo versa sobre la agitación y propaganda (en adelante, AGIPRO) realizada por los remanentes del Partido Comunista del Perú-Sendero Luminoso (PCP-SL) en la zona de operaciones del Comando Especial del Valle de los ríos Apurímac, Ene y Mantaro (CE-VRAEM). Para ello, se describe cómo emerge este grupo terrorista en la escena histórica peruana y se explica cómo realizaron el AGIPRO. Se finaliza con un análisis y la presentación de las lecciones aprendidas que, se espera, sirvan a las fuerzas armadas peruanas en las operaciones militares de guerra psicológica realizadas en el VRAEM.
This paper analyzes the “agitation and propaganda” (hereinafter AGIPRO) carried out by the remnants of the Communist Party of Peru-Sendero Luminoso (PCP-SL) in the Special Command of the Valley of the Apurímac, Ene and Mantaro rivers. (CE-VRAEM) area of responsibility. First, it is described how this terrorist group emerges in the Peruvian historical scene and it is explained how they carried out the AGIPRO. Finally, comes the analysis and the learned lessons that are expected to be used by the Peruvian armed forces in the psychological operations carried out in VRAEM. | es_PE |
